What You ll Do:
Own end-to-end hiring for Product Engineering roles (Hire Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, etc.)
Leverage modern sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Wellfound, Slack, etc.) to tap into the best talent
Use your strong SaaS industry network to build and maintain talent pipelines effortlessly
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ensure fast turnarounds
Stay ahead of SaaS hiring trends to find the best talent in the most efficient way
What We re Looking For:
3-6 years of experience in tech hiring for SaaS companies
Strong expertise in sourcing channels Boolean search for quick talent identification
A solid network in the SaaS ecosystem - finding great candidates should be second nature to you
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet aggressive hiring targets
Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven hiring approach
