Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles . The role requires a proactive, data-driven individual with a strong ability to source, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
  • Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build and execute hiring strategies to attract and secure top talent in a competitive SaaS market.
  • Partner with leadership to scale teams efficiently while maintaining quality and speed.

Sourcing and Talent Pipeline
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and critical roles.
  • Use talent mapping and market insights to identify high-potential candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies to team goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and actionable solutions .
  • Influence decision-making through strong communication and industry knowledge.

Candidate Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional, engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a brand ambassador , promoting our culture, values, and employee value proposition (EVP) to attract top talent.

Recruitment Metrics and Strategy
  • Track, measure, and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire).
  • Use data insights to refine processes , improve hiring efficiency, and align recruitment strategies with company goals.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to support scaling in a high-growth environment.

Must Have
  • 5 plus years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS, startups, or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for both technical (e.g., Software Development, Engineering, Product) and non-technical roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping , and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and candidates, earning trust and driving results.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
