Procurement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
  
• Plan and execute procurement processes from purchase requisition to delivery of goods/services.
  
• Ensure timely payment to vendors while maintaining a healthy cash flow position.
  
• Manage procurement activities, including material planning, vendor development, and supply chain management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in procurement or related field (material management).
  
• Strong understanding of procurement planning, vendor negotiation, and supply chain management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external partners (vendors).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
