3) House of Commons, Chandapura.
Key Responsibilities/ Job Description :-
* day to day and month end accounting.
* Reconciliation of Bank Accounts & Debtors & creditors statements
* Finalization of vendor payment and process the payment.
* GST compliances and reconciliation
* Payables and receivables reconciliation
* TDS Calculation and payments & returns.
* Handling vendor queries
* Re-conciliation of transaction with e-commerce operators.
* Monthly MIS report.
* Monthly Cash flow statement.
* Preparation of Provisional financials with 2X predication
* Salary Calculation and payments
* EPF & ESI & PT calculation and payments.
* Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal Auditor question and queries in month end and in
the yearend.
* Any AMC & RENT & deposits related register to be maintained.
* Preparation of Final reports , fact checks and resolving the discrepancies on assistant given
report.
* Preparing creditors and Debtors statement weekly basis
* Manage Prepaid expenses, fixed asset tracking & depriciation.
* Handilng of monthly regular payments of all branches, like ACT,Phone bills, BWSSb, BESCOM,
internet bills, Insurance, etc
Preferred candidate profile:
a) have experience in hotel & chain of restaurant business.
b) worked in CA/CMA/ACCA firms
c) worked in Accounting or finance department.
