Deputy Manager Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the company's FMCG business.
  
• Oversee cost control, inventory management, and vendor negotiations to optimize costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including finance team members, business leaders, and external partners.
  
• Identify areas of improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A role within an FMCG industry or similar sector.
  
• CA qualification preferred but not mandatory; strong knowledge of controllership principles required.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
