Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance professional with 1-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.

Business Finance Support:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.

- Support cost control initiatives and ensure financial discipline across business units.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Develop and deliver accurate and timely management reports.

- Perform data analysis to provide insights on profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue generation.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for streamlining financial processes and enhancing reporting accuracy.

- Implement tools and best practices to improve financial analysis and decision-making.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

- Maintain proper documentation of financial models, reports, and related analyses.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or related roles.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

- Strong command of Excel and financial tools (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and present insights effectively.
