Lead Store Capability Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the Store equipments capability expansion Projects for Dominos India.
• The role required the incumbent to understand the business brief, explore viable options widely, do structured evaluation of need vs capabilities & recommend the right equipment for trails & eventual scale-up.
• As part of this role, the incumbent will work with the Category & Finance teams to establish Business case, Structure & execute trials/Pilot & once successful, partner in scaling the capability in alignment with larger team. Work with Operations & relevant extended teams on planning & execution of equipment’s in stores.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders internally & externally to lead projects end-to-end: from planning & execution to ensure seamless & effective execution.
• Work with an ecosystem of suppliers for equipment evaluation, sourcing & execution - in alignment with internal stakeholders. Ensuring food quality and safety guidelines & SOPs are aligned & built into execution of specific projects.
• Hold regular innovation sessions to build internal ecosystem knowledge on various equipment’s & capabilities.
