Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
The Sales Manager is the leader of multiple hubs & branches and is accountable for the overall sales. He is like a general manager sales responsible for planning, deploying and executing Joint business Plans & driving resale capability.
The Sales Manager will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals and build a winning organization.
He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributors Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable re-sale operations. The Sales Manager will achieve all of this by Leading / Managing & Motivating a high performance organization.
