Roles and Responsibilities

DESIRED PROFILE:

Qualification: Graduate / PG-in any specialization.

Experience: Candidate having minimum 10- 15 years of FMCG gen trade experience in similar positions and working area/geographical knowledge. Should have Distributors management experience. Computer Literacy & Mob app experience is must.

Role & Responsibilities :

The A.S.M would be accountable for Appointment of Distributors, RDS, Achieving Sales Targets, Leading and Motivating the Sales Team (Sales Officer), Achieving the width & depth of distribution and implementing the Companys policy and strategies. Ready to take the Challenges in New Area Development.

Experience: 10-20years+ in FMCG sector
