1.Customize, implement, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications. 2.Understand business processes and map them into Zoho workflows, ensuring the system is optimized for efficiency. 3.Configure and manage Zoho modules, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, according to organizational requirements. 4.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Zoho solutions with other third-party applications (e.g., ERP, email marketing, etc.). 5.Develop and maintain custom workflows, reports, and dashboards in Zoho CRM. 6.Provide end-user training and support to ensure users effectively utilize Zoho applications. 7.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 8.Regularly update and upgrade Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools to ensure they are functioning optimally. 9.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement using Zoho solutions. 10.Document customizations, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience (8+ years) in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. 2.Strong understanding of Zoho integrations with third-party applications. 3.Knowledge of programming languages such as Deluge (Zoho s scripting language) is a plus. 4.Experience with data migration and management within Zoho. 5.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders to understand their needs. 6.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 7.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 8.Familiarity with other Zoho applications, such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Campaigns, is a plus. 9.Degree Requirement: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
