About the role
As the website incharge, you are responsible for maintaining the Museum of solutions website, updating content, trouble shooting and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly update and manage website content by collaborating with the various internal teams ensuring that the web content is accurate, engaging, relevant and up to date.
  • Working with the website development team to improve the functionality and debugging the website.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
  • Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 yrs. Experience in similar field.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and content management tools.

About the Role
As the Website In-Charge, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing MuSo digital presence through its website. This includes content updates, ticketing integrations, SEO, user experience (UX) improvements, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), website analytics, and digital marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Content Updates

  • Regularly update and manage website content by collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
  • Work with designers and content teams to ensure the website remains visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Ensure smooth functionality by coordinating with the website development team for bug fixes, UI/UX enhancements, and performance optimization.

Ticketing & Booking System Management

  • Oversee the integration and functionality of ticketing and booking platforms (Zoho, BookMyShow, MuSo website booking system).
  • Troubleshoot any booking-related issues and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the user journey for ticket purchases and group bookings.

SEO & Website Performance Optimization

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics (bounce rate, session duration, conversion rates), and generate reports for optimization.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and site speed optimization for an enhanced user experience.

Content, Design & Digital Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the content and marketing teams/agencies to ensure website messaging aligns with MuSo brand voice and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns by ensuring landing pages, CTAs, and forms are optimized for lead generation and ticket sales.
  • Manage website banners, promotional content, and event-specific updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3To5 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with ticketing and booking platforms (Zoho, BookMyShow, or others).
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including performance marketing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
