About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in website development, maintenance, and production. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HubSpot, WordPress, and other CMS platforms, ensuring seamless website functionality, optimal performance, and engaging user experiences. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams to drive website enhancements and business objectives.

Qualification : B.SC - Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the company website, ensuring an engaging and responsive user experience.
• Customize website themes, templates, and layouts to align with business requirements and brand guidelines.
• Implement HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to enhance website functionality and interactivity.
• Regularly update and optimize web content, landing pages, blogs, and multimedia elements for engagement and conversion.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and fast-loading website performance.
• Perform routine audits to identify issues, broken links, and outdated content, ensuring seamless website operations.
• Diagnose and resolve website bugs, errors, and performance issues to enhance user experience.
• Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve website traffic.
• Optimize website images, caching, and scripts for improved performance and speed.
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and web accessibility (WCAG) standards are met.
• Manage HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and other content management systems for seamless content updates and integrations

• Develop and manage custom HubSpot templates, modules, and email campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement landing pages, forms, and automation workflows in HubSpot.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, metadata optimization, and structured data for better search engine ranking.
• Set up and manage website tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
• Analyze user behavior, traffic insights, and conversion rates to make data-driven website improvements.
• Work with marketing teams to optimize website content, keyword strategies, and user engagement.

Qualifications & Experience :

• B.Sc in Computer Science / relevant background
• 4-6 years of experience in web development, and content management, with a strong understanding of website design and functionality.
• Solid understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with website troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools) to monitor and improve website traffic.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to websites.
• Familiarity with HubSpot automation, workflows, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of website migration, domain management, and hosting configurations.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset when making updates or improvements.
