Job Description
- Ensure zero complaints with regards to housekeeping, office maintenance.
- Ensure timely renewals of AMCs with competitive rate negations with quality.
- Monitoring Cafeteria activities with zero complaints.
- To ensure timely payments of the all the bills pertaining to Office maintenance /Electricity /Water Bill and other Government bills.
- Maintenance of Telephone connection and EPABX .
- Procurement of Housekeeping material, Pantry items & Printing and stationery for Grande Palladium with cost optimisation with quality.
- To maintain the standardisation and uniformity in printing and stationery materials for Grande Palladium.
- Timely renewal of contracts and updating it with other counter parts to avoid anomaly in quality and pricing of Printing and stationery.
- To co-ordinate with government officials for any liasoning work pertaining to Grande Palladium office.
- To organise logistics required to ie transport facility/packers etc.
- To organise courier facility, renewal of its contracts and maintaining proper records and efficient courier services at Grande Palladium office.
- To deal with Government officials for compliances and local help as and when required.
- Supporting administrative other office
- Taking care of properties of JSW group.
- Procuring stationery with cost and quality optimisation.
