Deputy Manager - Facility Management

Role & responsibilities

1. Obtain CAM Calculations: Gather the CAM (Common Area Maintenance) calculations for every project from the respective stakeholders.
2. AOP Approval: Ensure approval for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each project.
3. Budget Approval: Secure budget approvals for each head in the project WBS wise.
4. Facilitate Site Requirements: Support and facilitate all site-related requirements for purchasing and services.
5. Raise PR & PO: Raise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in line with the approved AOP.
6. Monitor Monthly Expenses: Assess monthly expenses for each project and raise a flag if any expenditure exceeds the AOP.
7. Invoice Management: Ensure timely receipt of invoices for services and procurement for each project.
8. Invoice Verification: Verify invoices before processing by cross-checking with delivery challans, manpower attendance, service reports, etc.
9. Expense Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of site expenses and prepare MIS reports to track the monthly PSF run rate and P&L performance.
10. Vendor Management: Prepare a list of vendors for services and procurement, categorized region-wise for each project

Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 8-12 years
