• Scope includes but not limited to
• Excellent in Presentation preparation by data Collection from trade department and preparation of reports to provide insights on business perfomance with KPl's
• Analyse operational metrics and market trends to identify opportunities or issues.
• Creation of visualization on Power Bl for the departmental head. Preparation of concise executive summary and presentations.
• Preparation of monthly MIS by gathering and analysing the data.
• Update internal data on utilisation, payment status, document status, utilisation of bank limits, and any other MIS requirement related to trade finance transactions.
• Hand on experience in SAP accounting of transactions with sound knowledged on T-codes such as F-31, F-
• 48, FB05, FV50, FB03.
• Ensure RBI compliance, closure of IDPMS and BOE.
• Ensure TAT and accuracy is followed with regards to the SLAS
• Liaise with Banks, HO and Location as and when required, Coordinate with Treasury team for Funding and Exchange Rate, with Banks for timely payments.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and system, discussion with Process Head to explore deployment oppurtunities.

1-2 years of experience skills- Analytical skills, Strong MS excel • Trade MBA, PGDM, Finance Graduation- background BCA, will be BBAadded

knowledge, Data visualization tools like power Bt, Project advantage. Management, Strategic Thinking and attention to details Experience in SAP accounting.
