Job responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions

- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Formal training or certification in technical program management, and 5+ years applied experience

- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

- Utilize Jira for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and generating reports.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee release activities for smooth and timely software delivery.

- Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and focus.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Familiarity in an Agile environment.

- Extensive stakeholder management experience.

- Project management across the entire SDLC.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong influencing and motivational abilities.

- Familiar in risk, issue, and release management.
