Job Description
- Manage people with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Understand investment banking products, including loans. Possess knowledge of NBIA/PSCM & CRA for internal candidates.
- Hold a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant banking and financial services experience.
- Obtain risk certifications such as ORM, PRM, APRM, CIA, CRISC, or CORM for an added advantage.
- Acquire project management certification and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience. Consult with project stakeholders to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements.
- Drive risk-based process improvement using techniques like PARC, FMEA, and process mapping.
- Perform end-to-end risk management life cycle activities, including risk assessments and reporting. Demonstrate a curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Lead project/program management in an operations environment.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Adapt to work global hours with flexibility.
