About the Opportunity As an Experience Design Executive Director within our Global Private Bank Design Team, you will lead and inspire a talented group of designers to create exceptional digital products and services. You will set the vision and methodology for design, ensuring a user-centric approach that delivers simple, engaging, and innovative experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to bring new ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global user experience design team for client and advisor platforms.
- Expand the team while maintaining brand consistency and scalable design systems.
- Achieve project goals and metrics at and after launch.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advocate for client and advisor experiences as a leader in the organization.
- Develop and present design concepts and prototypes.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to foster professional growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences.
- 10+ years of experience in product design and graphic/visual development.
- Experience managing design teams.
- BFA or BA in a related design field.
- Ability to synthesize complex needs and provide thought leadership.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile application design.
- Expertise in Figma and digital accessibility principles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Wealth management industry experience.
- Familiarity with current technologies and their application to digital experiences.
- Ability to adapt and change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.
