Role & responsibilities
The individual is responsible for maintaining the highest order of cleanliness in all aspects of the hotel to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. He / She oversees all housekeeping operations in the hotel and is responsible for hiring new housekeeping personnel and train them on the basis of the hotel cleanliness policy. He / She is in charge of making sure that all the housekeeping assistants are maintaining the tidiness and there is no flaw in any corner of the hotel.
