Area Sales Manager

Job Title: Area Sales Manager reporting to Sales Head HoReCa

Job overview: To act as a key point of contact & responsible of driving & managing the sales in the assigned region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide direction to the strategic, commercial and brand agenda across the entire business through various sales channels.

2. Achievement of business plan.

3. Channel & Distribution management. Responsible for driving dealer sales, trade sales.

4. Ensure relationship building with distributors and key accounts Analyze business potential,

conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

5. Team development.

6. Optimize cost and utilization of manpower and other resources.

7. Work closely with marketing teams and finance teams.

8. Represent the company at various forums to promote the company products and brand.

9. To build, manage direct sales as well as distributor network.

10. Preparation of annual budgets and business plan for the market.

11. Monitor and analyze market trends and contribute effectively to the overall business strategy of the company.

12. Identifying right partners and appointing them as distributors, setting budgets for them, pricing structure etc.

13. Revenue generation and receivable management you may be required to travel to other locations of the company or to our customer locations for shorter durations on business.

Qualification: Graduation / MBA Marketing & Sales
