Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the architectural hardware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team across the assigned region.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural hardware sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and distributors.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience in the architectural hardware industry.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✅ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of architectural hardware products like locks, handles, hinges, glass fittings, etc.
✅ Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
