Product: Kent RO Water purifiers

Role & responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain a good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitors products and drive distributors to attain targets.
  
• To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues
  
• Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.
  
• Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  
• Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms.
  
• Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
  
• Achieve a zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.
  
• Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings with distributors, retailers, off roll sales representatives.
  
• Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the territory.
  
• Achievement of retail outlets in terms of activating and recharge expansion targets.
  
• Channel Development and Infrastructure and Process Compliance
  
• Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes/promotions/ trade engagement etc.) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue.
  
• Channel Management (Distributor / FOS / Dealer ) to improve productivity and sales capabilities.
  
• Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business.

Requirements:

At least 2 years in handling channel sales of RO Water purifiers or Large appliances or white goods category.

Overall 4-5 years of channel sales management experience

Must have experience and network in Noida location
