• Experience of retail distribution activities- Primary and Secondary sales
• Should have managed distribution and sales for FMCG brand
• Experienced in developing distribution in the Key Outlets and Stand Alone Outlets in the Bangalore
• Experience in monitoring and reporting sales and growth on monthly/weekly basis
• Experience in executing outlet activation and sales plan
• Good market reputation with distributors
• Preferable to have past experience from other snacking brands such as Yellow Diamond , Too Yummy, Haldiram, Parle, MTR, Etc.
• Geographic Knowledge of the State with taluka place
• Daily primary and secondary sales reporting and control
