We are looking for an experienced Oracle Core Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Oracle database technologies and have a proven track record of leading database projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle database team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases.
• Ensure database performance, availability, and security standards are upheld.
• Develop, implement, and enforce database policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Manage database backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, recommending enhancements as necessary.
• Participate in capacity planning and database optimization efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on database operations and project statuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in Oracle database management with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and security practices.
• Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex database projects successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Oracle certifications (OCP or OCM) are highly desirable.
