Job Description
- Database Optimization: Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Investigate performance bottlenecks, database slowdowns, and other related issues to ensure efficient operation.
- Capacity Planning: Monitor database performance metrics and collaborate with the IT team to manage database capacity, availability, and scalability.
- Data Integrity & Backup: Ensure that data integrity is maintained and that proper backup and recovery procedures are in place.
- System Configuration: Work on the configuration and optimization of SQL Server and related database systems integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify database improvements and provide recommendations to optimize Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to database optimization efforts, performance improvements, and any issues encountered.
- Performance Monitoring: Use diagnostic tools to proactively monitor system performance, identifying potential issues before they impact the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related database technologies.
