Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

• Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.

• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure optimal performance of infrastructure.

• Document processes and procedures for infrastructure operations.

• Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.

• Familiarity with cloud services (e. g. , AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies .
