- Maintaining RT/TAT, PM adherence FTR to achieve cost reduction
- Coaching Vendors on JCI s SOP s
- 100% PSA Renewals
- Timely AR collection
- Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction
- Breakdown calls, compressor overhauling / hi-skill jobs for Hyderabad Implementing Predictive analysis and new service
