1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial building sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the repair and maintenance sector for buildings (commercial, industrial, and residential).
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Analyse market trends to identify growth areas and align services with client needs.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to secure repair and
maintenance contracts. - Analyse market trends to propose innovative solutions and services.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations for repair and maintenance projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project-specific data for accurate cost estimation and and feasibility studies to assess client requirements.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, pricing and close deals with a focus on high-value projects and long-term contracts with clients to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project feasibility and technical alignment with client needs.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain client satisfaction.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a liaison between the client and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leverage engineering knowledge to suggest cost-effective and technically sound solutions for repair and maintenance works (e.g., civil works, HVAC, electrical repairs).
- Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
5. Reporting & Documentation & Forecasting :
- Maintain a database of clients, projects, and proposals for reporting and future business development.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, proposals, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- 3-7 years in business development/project sales, preferably in facility management or building solutions
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
