Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel Manager to lead our Windows server infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Wintel systems and ensuring the reliability and performance of our Windows-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Windows server architectures.

• Manage and mentor a team of system administrators and engineers.

• Ensure high availability and performance of Wintel systems through effective monitoring and maintenance.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for system administration and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and IT strategies.

• Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution for Wintel-related issues.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Wintel environments.

• Manage vendor relationships and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Windows servers.

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a technical team.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Relevant certifications (e. g. , MCSE, ITIL) are a plus.
