Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage our team at Coffee Craft. The ideal candidate is passionate about the coffee and hospitality industry, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates strong leadership abilities. As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the cafes operations, including inventory management, team supervision, quality control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the cafe.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing customer queries and complaints, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, creating a positive work environment and motivating the team to perform to the best of their abilities.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages, focusing on presentation, taste, and adherence to standards.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of items.
• Financial Management: Manage cash flow, sales tracking, and daily reconciliations, striving to achieve financial targets.
• Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance café brand awareness.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Cafe manager experience
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the cafe or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and cafe menu items, with a passion for food and beverage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in managing a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
