About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Lead with 12-15 years of experience in Oracle Applications implementation and configuration. The role involves leading end-to-end Oracle projects, ensuring seamless delivery, and providing technical and functional expertise.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle application implementations across Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Project Costing, Cash Management), Supply Chain Management (OPM, AR, OM, PUR, INV), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Procurement Cloud modules.

- Possess strong expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) functionalities and business process configurations.

- Develop and execute data migration interfaces, custom concurrent programs, and master data update interfaces.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Demonstrate expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and APIs to facilitate seamless data integrations.

- Perform form personalization, develop custom PL/SQL packages (.pll), and optimize SQL queries for enhanced application performance.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

- 12-15 years of experience in Oracle Applications implementation and configuration, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Applications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
