Position Summary :

- NCR Voyix is offering exciting career opportunities for Oracle EBS associates and is looking for motivated candidates who will be working in Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP 24c.

- He/She must have Oracle EBS 12.1.3 AR experience and should have worked as developer in Oracle RICEW development.

- He must possess support skills and must have working experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, AOL, XML, D2K, OAF, Workflow and Oracle AR.

- Must have knowledge about software development life cycle.

- Good To have experience in Agile Model.

- Person should be able to independently work with user/product owner.

- NCR Voyix is seeking an enthusiastic developer to join ERP-FP&A Team to work on Oracle ERP.

- NCR Voyix is transitioning from Oracle EBS to Oracle ERP Fusion and this transition is already done for FA & GL modules.

- Although, we are still maintaining General Ledger module on EBS as rest of the subledgers are yet to be transitioned to ERP Fusion.

- ERP FP&A team works on GL, FA & Intercompany modules. We have just kicked-off a project to move our subledgers as well on ERP cloud and therefore a lot of work will be required in GL, FAH, Intercompany and FA areas to support this transition.

- To do this transition successfully, we are looking for an Oracle ERP expert with proven track record.

- At this position, you will be required to work closely with finance leadership team, development team & support team.

Responsibilities include :

- At this position, it is expected that you will be doing various development tasks getting assigned to you.

- Identify broken business processes and problems in the current implementation of Oracle ERP finance modules and advise/explain Oracle ERP Fusion's unique capabilities to solve them.

- Develop domain-specific solutions and give demos to various stakeholders.

- Building POCs that are tailored to solve various pain-points.

- Perform configurations and setups in Oracle ERP Fusion for General Ledger, Fixed assets, SLA, and Intercompany modules based on the business requirements.

- Resolve any issues reported by users in ERP Fusion or ERP EBS financial modules and provide root cause analysis.

- Perform reconciliation between primary ledgers and secondary ledgers.

- Drill down the inbound and outbound data for any reconciliation issues.

- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions etc. based on the business requirements.

- Participate in meetings with business teams and/or business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements or issues.

- Write technical specifications and work closely with technical and functional teams to design and support the solutions and overall system.

- Along with working on ERP Fusion & ERP EBS, it will be required to support legacy financial applications as well.

- Write technical specifications and work closely with technical and functional teams to design and support the solutions and overall system.

- Work with business team, development team and support team for ensuring smooth month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings.

- Advising other team members on providing solutions for business requirements or issues reported in the system.

- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies around Oracle Fusion ERP cloud.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in computers

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Implementation and support of Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion ERP financial modules.

- Strong communication skills.

- Having Oracle certification of Oracle EBS/Fusion financial modules will an add-on.

- Aware of Agile Practices & have worked as a part of agile/scrum team.

- Having good knowledge of ERP financial modules like AR, AP, Cash Management, Cost Management will be an add-on.

- Must be technically very strong in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, AOL, XML, D2K, OAF, Workflow, BIP.
