- The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and create positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Oversee the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA HR or MSW preferred
- Min.10 years of progressive HR experience with strong proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, comp & ben, employee engagement and organizational development.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and goals.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve complex employee issues.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
