Manager - Treasury

Core Responsibilities:

- Strong relationship with Banks, FIs for fundraising through- diversified- cost-effective- structures such as- long-term- loans, working capital,- pool securitization, direct assignment,- NCD's etc.- from- PSU Banks and Private Banks- & FI's.

- Led the Co-lending initiative for the organization.

- Resources planning and mobilization from multiple sources to meet the requirements of company lending and balance sheet growth program.

- Getting new Banks /FI on Board

- Managing regulatory and lender-specific compliances.

- Ensuring optimum utilization of fund with reference to ALM policy of the company and regulator

- Preparation and Presentation for ALCO/Board.

- Cash Management/Liquidity management, planning for filling the cash shortfall gaps and investing the surplus funds.

- Liaising with credit rating agencies for long-term and- short-term- ratings of the Company.

Preference & Experience :

- Has 5-12 Years of work exp with an NBFC/Banking

- Experience in managing Lenders

- Should be a CA/MBA Finance who possesses requisite experience in Fintech
