Key Functions / Responsibilities:

- Being a part of Healthcare Talent Acquisition team, the primary responsibility would be to identify and recruit Doctors.

- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions.

- Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments.

- Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments.

- Candidate research, database mining and networking calls.

- Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis.

- Meet and exceed revenue targets.

What You Need To Have:

- Minimum 4-8 years' experience in Doctor(s)recruitment.

- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed College.

- Proven track record of revenue performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with MS office tools.

- Experience on ATS(Applicant Tracking System).
