Job Description:
Job Purpose:
- To support business needs and ensure proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- To promote organizational values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management.
Role and responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize organizational chart based on organizational requirements
- To ensure manpower planning and availability of manpower as per organizational requirement
- Formulation of HR policy, it's execution & review
- Supporting strategic objectives of business
- Ensure skill development of employee through training & development initiatives
- Implement activities to improve employee motivation & morale
- Ensure timely selection and recruitment of talent as per organizational requirements
- Ensure identification and development of successor for critical positions
- Define competencies as per organizational needs and review competency as per timeline
- Ensure reduction in replacement cost of employee and reduce overall HR cost
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in line with role requirement
- Ensure monitoring of Training effectiveness and measure training effectiveness
- Design balance scorecard and goal setting process based on organizational goals
- Review performance management process and ensure timely compliance
- Ensure BSC preparation and adherence to quarterly appraisal process as per defined timelines
- Ensure implementation of HRIS to reduce lead time of processes
- Conduct employee satisfaction survey and implement feasible improvement actions
- Implement and design reward and recognition plan for employees
- Ensure yearly renewal of the personal accident and Mediclaim policy for staff
- Implement actions and conduct activities to improve employee engagement
- Ensure and monitor employee career development
- To ensure adherence to QMS, OHSAS & EMS norms
- Maintaining records as per QMS Standards of concerned HR processes
- Handling audits & update EMS-OHSAS documents and HR Manual as per requirement
- Implementation of HR automation project
Details of Authorities:
- Finalize and negotiate employment agreements
- Represent company in various HR matters
- Issuance of disciplinary actions and counsel employees towards non-adherence to policies
- Design strategies for employee retention in line with organizational requirements
- Ensure preparation of Staff annual training plan and Monitor adherence to Training plan
- Policy decisions in line with organizational requirements
Qualification: BE +MBA in HR
