Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer s, recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;
In hand experience in the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
Maintained the Fire Fighting Systems such as Jockey, booster, Sprinkler, hydrant, diesel engine and LSS related components
Ability to do critical spares list for all installations in site based on requirement
Good at maintaining documentation like checklist, logbooks & PPM schedules for all job-based activities
Have a safety concern while using equipment s & work locations
Prioritizing the facilities needs
Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, you ll oversee the property s day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered
Likewise, you ll strive for continuous improvement in the process

You ll also keep an eye out on the property s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine

Multi technical line with 04+ years experience having in Electrical & Mechanical equipment s maintenance, plumbing works, and Maintaining HVAC Unit, Document maintenance
Strong knowledge of facility operations
Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a technical qualification and at least three to five years experience in facilities management
You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations

Solid background in team management

Dislikes
JLL handovers the site to Facility Manager. If he is a toxic manager, then the business may fail. JLL needs to check and validate the managers actions or works or POs. I never seen an auditor checks the manager activities. JLL depends on site Facility Manager for everything. the worklife balance or appraisals or promotions will be depends as per the facility manager.
