• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC and Plumbing Systems Maintenance Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various HVAC, plumbing, and related systems in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including low side and high side components such as water and air-cooled chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, Cassette ACs, FCUs, and PACs
• Manage the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems, including STP, WTP, and RO plants
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of firefighting pumps, domestic pumps, and HNS systems
• Operate and maintain all plumbing systems within the facility
• Manage the operation and maintenance of ventilation systems, including fresh air fans, exhaust fans, pressurization fans, and jet fans
• Maintain and troubleshoot all supply and exhaust ducts
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for all HVAC and plumbing systems
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Develop minor project BOQs related to HVAC and plumbing systems
• Operate and maintain various types of pumps used in HVAC and plumbing systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems maintenance and operations Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and various air conditioning units Experience with water treatment systems (STP, WTP, RO plants) Familiarity with firefighting systems and pumps Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting plumbing systems Experience with ventilation systems and ductwork Ability to prepare technical reports and minor project BOQs Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Professional certifications (e.g., Certified HVAC Technician, Plumbing Systems Design certification) Experience with building management systems (BMS) Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC systems
