Technical Services, Experience with the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment, Good command of English language
Good PC command, knowledge of the Windows PC programs World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and minor repairs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with building systems and equipment.
Perform repairs or coordinate with external contractors for more complex issues.
Ensure all repairs adhere to safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
System Optimization:

Monitor the performance of building systems and identify areas for improvement.
Implement energy-saving measures and other optimization strategies to reduce operational costs.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in facility management.
Project Management:

Oversee small-scale technical projects, such as equipment upgrades or system replacements.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and implement emergency response plans for technical system failures.
Reporting and Communication:

Prepare reports on the performance of building systems and equipment.
Communicate effectively with facility users, management, and contractors.
