Job Description
- Manage a team of 5 Executive-Workplace Services
- Align team priorities with clients business drivers
- Foster teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence
- Act as a coach to ensure high staff morale and work ethics
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet contractual obligations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
- Evaluate service response time and analyze occupant requests
- Ensure client feedback is recorded and actioned
- Manage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budget
- Oversee vendor procurement, renegotiation, and tendering processes
- Administer contract approval and management programs
- Develop annual operating/capital plans and control expenditures
- Monitor financial processes and ensure targets are met
- Manage P&L for the account and achieve year-on-year savings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and policies
- Oversee soft services operations (cleaning, reception, helpdesk, pest control, landscaping)
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and performance measures
- Manage service contracts and ensure SLA adherence
- Coordinate with local authorities on facility-related issues
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance
- Maintain risk management programs, including OHS, fire safety, and environmental risks
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Manage incident reporting and escalation procedures
- Oversee the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on soft services
- Review financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure team is trained on facilities policies, procedures, and systems
- Implement skill development and succession planning initiatives
