Position: Manager-Fit-out (Commercial cum Retail), Gurgaon

Business: Property and Asset Management, Gurgaon

What this job involves

Your role will involve retail projects and fit-out management. The key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets, resources without compromising on Quality.

Following would be your key deliverables:

  • Formulate the fit-out strategy and develop the plan for the commercial projects, based on the final lease agreements.
  • To ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets, resources without compromising on Quality.
  • Implement and monitor fit-out designs and construction practices adhering to WELL, GRIHA, and LEED guidelines.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments to ensure project compliance with green building certification requirements.
  • Ensure documentation for all certification processes is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
  • Address and resolve client concerns related to fit-out and sustainability objectives.
  • Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with the Client/tenants and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
  • Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
  • Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
  • Coordination and negotiation with vendors for stock arrangements and delivery.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities safety records.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract drawings and BOQ.
  • Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations.
  • Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
  • Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
  • Establish and monitor program and project controls KPIs.
  • Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.

You will be working in our Site office, located at Salcon Platina

Work Location dynamics:

Work Schedule: Day Shift You will be working closely with the Site and operations team.

Reporting:

You will be directly reporting to Property Manager / Operation Manager

Being Analytical and Meticulous

Understanding and managing Commercial fit-out will be your core role. You must be excellent in managing large fit-out, interior projects and vendor negotiation and will implement best project Engineering skills to deliver and manage the completion of Mall projects.

Qualifications

Professional qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Or relevant educational background, with at least 7 years post qualification experience in managing large fit- out and interior projects (Commercial & retail).

Should possess strong interpersonal, presentation and team management skills and ability to handle correspondence and documentation independently. You should have a good communication skill (oral/ written).
