Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

If missed anything before get shortlisted, feel to be uncomfortable at everyday.

Doesn't matter of your experience at this situation at same time need to prove everyone that you have skill, tech knowledge, experience, etc..,,, after then will so much time to take familiar itself.
