We re looking for a Workflow Operations Analyst with at least 1-3 years of experience who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the content publishing process for corporate and property websites using a Content Management System (CMS).

This role focuses on ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining website content operational processes, and supporting cross-functional teams in effectively executing digital marketing strategies on the Workfront tool.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain content update requests on Workfront for corporate and property websites using a CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, SharePoint etc.)
  • Execute workflow processes for content creation, and approval, ensuring timely publication.
  • Managing the workflow for the team by evenly assigning work to the team members as per their bandwidth and turn-around time of specific projects
  • Responsible for the quick review of submitted information, captures deviations, and highlight it to the stakeholder during initial scoping of projects.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline the content publishing process.
  • Document and update workflow procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Authoring teams to help in resolving CMS-related issues and support website updates.
  • Work closely with design, digital, teams to ensure seamless coordination of digital campaigns and site updates.
  • Liaison between the team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination between the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications, and interaction with stakeholders for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline. Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete the project by deadlines within the team
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
  • Maintain various reports and dashboards, and keep record of all logged hours and ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely, and efficiently
  • Accountable for time and resource management of the team

Skills required

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana etc.) to track tasks and deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and best practices.
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-brand content management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
