1-Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all mall operations and facilities comply with local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.

2-Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments across all areas of the mall and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.

3-Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and coordinate with local emergency services.

4-Incident Reporting & Investigation: Oversee the reporting, documentation, and investigation of any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.

5-Training & Awareness: Organize safety training sessions for mall staff, tenants, and contractors to raise awareness about EHS protocols and safe practices.

6-Safety Audits & Inspections: Perform periodic safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to EHS standards and rectify any deficiencies promptly.

7-Sustainability & Waste Management: Implement sustainable practices, including energy conservation and waste management initiatives, to minimize environmental impact.

8-Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote a safe and compliant environment across all mall areas.
