The organization with great experience and have great organizational structure. Ethical culture.
- Salary - Good
JLL handovers the site to Facility Manager. If he is a toxic manager, then the business may fail. JLL needs to check and validate the managers actions or works or POs. I never seen an auditor checks the manager activities. JLL depends on site Facility Manager for everything. the worklife balance or appraisals or promotions will be depends as per the facility manager.
