Job Description
- Service Delivery: o Ensure the delivery of soft services aligns with the maintenance strategy, both inhouse and contracted
- o Oversee the quality and standards of soft facilities management services according to established guidelines
- Project Management: Assess, procure, and manage small projects specific to the Operations Department, as agreed upon with the Project Team
- Customer Interface: Act as a key interface between the Estates department s customers and contracted service providers on a day-to-day basis
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): o Develop and maintain a service charter and service level agreement to monitor critical elements of the facilities management (FM) service
- o Regularly monitor and report on SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), both internally and externally
- o Track risks and rewards mechanisms associated with service delivery
- Supply Partners and Contractors: o Monitor supply partners and contractors service delivery and customer interactions
- o Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties
- Financial Management: Track and report financial performance to ensure services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
- Continuous Improvement: o Review and develop initiatives to enhance or rationalize soft services, aiming for optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- o Statutory Compliance: o Own and manage the departmental statutory compliance plan to achieve and
