System Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities: Network Management and Maintenance Aruba Wi-Fi and handling Fortinet FortiClient EMS is highly desirable. Configure, monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls etc. Ensure optimal performance of network services by conducting regular monitoring and performance tuning. Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance. Manage access control policies, ensuring secure remote access for employees. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve helpdesk tickets related to networking and Deskside support. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements, internet issue or repairs Maintain detailed documentation of the network architecture, configurations, and changes
