Director Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage full stack development projects from conception to deployment. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Collaborate with Customer teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Skills Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role. Proficiency in frameworks such as React Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, or Python Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
