Roles and Responsibilities

1. Receive patients, visitors politely.

2. Ensure that day-to-day services/appointments are dealt with efficiently

3. Ensure that the reception desk is well maintained

4.. To contribute to the development of the clinic and support the smooth functioning of the clinic

5. Preparing reports and doing some data entry work.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good interpersonal /communication skills to handle patients, visitors.

2. Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with the routine patient queries

3. Highly motivated with enthusiasm and commitment

4. Good attention to detail and accuracy

5. Must be able to work under pressure.

6. Must have handled the billing/cash counter.

Qualification:

12th Pass OR Any Graduate
