Head of Finance Managed IT Services

Overview:

The Head of Managed IT Services business is responsible for driving the P&L, operations, and business strategy for the Managed IT segment.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to scale the business while adapting to market trends and client needs.

Qualifications Required :

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or MBA (IIM or any premium institute).

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing a Managed IT Services business or division.
• Experience in managing P&L for a business unit or division.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of managed IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT solutions to business objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability
• Identify emerging trends in managed IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other related domains to position the business competitively.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.

Business Development and Client Management

• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to identify and capture new business opportunities, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
• Optimize internal processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Lead incident management and resolution efforts to maintain client trust and minimize downtime.

Team Leadership and Development
